Registration open: 31st Walk for Life and Famously Hot Pink Half Marathon + 5K
For more than three decades, Walk for Life and Famously Hot Pink Half Marathon, 5K have brought thousands of walkers and runners together in the fight against breast cancer. More than $11.2 million has been raised to fund the latest in digital mammography technology and enhance programs and services for breast cancer patients and their families. Registration is now open for the 31st Walk for Life, presented by Dominion Energy, Famously Hot Pink Half Marathon and 5K in Oct. Throw a punch for Children’s Hospital on July 24
Title Boxing Club-Sandhill will host a 50-Round Box-A-Thon on Saturday, July 24, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., to benefit Prisma Health Children’s Hospital—Midlands. The event is open to anyone eight and older, and no boxing experience is needed. To register or for questions, call 803.764.6085. Three Rivers Region of PCA (Porsche Club of America) $3,500 gift to CAMP KEMO
Thank you to Three Rivers Region of PCA (Porsche Club of America) for supporting CAMP KEMO with a gift of $3,500, proceeds form their annual car show. Since 2015, this generous group of supporters has donated nearly $15,000 to CAMP KEMO, a camp for children with cancer, led by the Children’s Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Prisma Health Children’s Hospital—Midlands.
