Through the 2025 Employee Giving Campaign (formerly Miracle Team), Prisma Health team members have the opportunity to support specific programs and departments near and dear to their hearts – and donations directly serve our Prisma Health family, patients and the Midlands community.
Team members at Richland, Baptist, Parkridge and Prisma Health USC Medical Group may make a pledge through Prisma Health Midlands Foundation’s online pledge form (or scroll down to the bottom of this page).

How will Payroll Deduction work for Employee Giving?
Once you complete the below form, your payroll deduction will begin in October 2025. For those who gave in 2024 and don’t update their form, gifts will carry over into 2025. If you’d like to cancel your gift at any time, email Mary.Luebbert@PrismaHealth.org.
