Through the 2026 Employee Giving Campaign (formerly Miracle Team), Prisma Health team members have the opportunity to support specific programs and departments near and dear to their hearts – and donations directly serve our Prisma Health family, patients and the Midlands community.
Team members at Richland, Baptist, Parkridge and Prisma Health USC Medical Group may make a gift through Prisma Health Midlands Foundation’s payroll deduction form (also located at the bottom of this page) or by making a gift via credit card.

How will Payroll Deduction work for Employee Giving?
Once you complete the below form, your payroll deduction will begin in October 2026. For those who gave in 2025 and don’t update their form, gifts will carry over into 2026. If you’d like to cancel your gift at any time, email Mary.Luebbert@PrismaHealth.org.
