Parkie’s Promise

Advancing childhood cancer education, research and compassionate care

Parkie Linder found joy in the hardest moments — clapping for himself after vitals checks or shouting “weeee” on a stretcher ride — and never lost his little sense of humor, from hiding behind a blankey to heckling his family with a “mith” when they missed a basketball shot.

Parkie was only two years old when he lost his battle against neuroblastoma in 2023. Today, his parents – Jessica and Conrad – are determined to carry on his legacy with Parkie’s Promise.

Parkie’s family spent months in and out of Children’s Hospital before he passed, and they still keep in touch with Parkie’s medical team, including Dr. Stuart Cramer and Dr. Laura Pirich.

Parkie’s Promise is a commitment that Parkie’s story hasn’t ended. Through continued research, education and compassionate care, we hope that every child facing cancer – and every family walking beside them – benefit from the legacy Parkie leaves behind.
