Prisma Health Midlands Foundation engages community partners to enhance health care for patients and families served by Prisma Health. Your support will allow the hospital to continue to offer an array of services targeted to meet specific community needs. Philanthropic support is essential to maintain a level of excellence with new programs, services and equipment.

Host a partner event

If you are interested in hosting an event to benefit an area of Prisma Health through Prisma Health Midlands Foundation, please read the Community Partners Fundraising Toolkit and complete the Community Partner Fundraising Event Application. When completed, please email the agreement to Katie.Williams@PrismaHealth.org.
